Return Policy

Hey babe! We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If an item does not work out, please reference the following policy to begin the return or exchange process. 

Please inspect your received order for any defects, wrong items sent, or missing items. If you find any issues with your order, please email us at within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your first and last name and order number as well as a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) missing from your order. 

We DO NOT issue refunds; however, we DO issue store credit for returns that are postmarked within 15 days from the original delivery date. Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email address. The store credit gift card will expire one year after the card's issue date. 

For items to be eligible for return or exchange, they must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free, perfume free, no makeup or deodorant stains) with tags still attached. For shoes to be eligible for return, they must not have any signs of wear on them and must be returned in their original box inside of another box. 

If items returned do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. 

Items in the Sale Section, Final Sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, hats/beanies, gift cards, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. 

You are responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning an item; shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

For your protection, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service that can provide delivery confirmation or that you purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges for the same item will depend on whether or not the item is in stock. If you wish to make an exchange for the same item please email us at as soon as possible.
